The warmth that summer brings is unlike any other. While more al fresco restaurants pop up in the sidewalk as the temperature rise, there's still nothing quite like a rooftop bar.

These amazing rooftop spots in New York City will definitely wow its visitors with its killer combination of ice cold beer, cocktails, and a breathtaking view of the Big Apple.

Ophelia is a famous cocktail lounge situated on the rooftop of Beekman Tower. The bar offers a unique 1920s feel with its restored arched glass panels and artifacts such as flapper hats, and old tarot cards on display.

Aside from its captivating ambiance, the bar also boasts top-notch service and a 5-star menu at a reasonable price. If those are not enough reasons to warrant a visit, the sweeping view of the Manhattan Skyline and the East River will do just that.

Pod 51 Rooftop Deck

Pod 51, a trendy budget hotel located in Midtown, has a solution for people visiting New York who wants to feel the breeze but on a tight budget. Its rooftop deck is furnished with large sun loungers, picnic tables, and chairs bursting with colors.

Guests who want to stay in and drink at the comfort of their hotel can just bring drinks in the rooftop.

Berry Park

People who love Germany will absolutely love this massive beer heaven. All 15 taps available on the bar are imported German and Belgian drafts — a perfect combination to its bratwurst with sauerkraut and fries. The bar also has a 13-foot-wide screen T.V. that is solely dedicated to soccer.

The 3,000 airy roof deck has a retractable glass roof which makes it a great hang out spot whatever the weather is.

Good Behavior

Located in MADE Hotel's 18th floor, this bar will surely make its visitors plan a holiday. The bar projects a tropical vibe with its lush greenery and wood ceilings. If not for the spectacular view of the Manhattan skyline, its customers might forget that they are in the city while sipping their Tiki-inspired rum drinks.

The Crown

People who want to try something out of the ordinary will love The Crown. The rooftop bar offers its guests a wide array of Asian-inspired cocktails and a menu of ever-changing globally-inspired small bites.

The bar is located on the 21st floor of Hotel 50 Bowery and is inspired by Chinatown neighborhood's rich history. The bar also has DJ which greatly adds to its clubby atmosphere
