Airbnb has so many beautiful places to rent, and one of the hottest property listings is hanging on a cliff somewhere in Peru.

Suspended 1,300 feet above the picturesque landscape of Peru is the Skylodge Adventures Suites.

To reach the crystal rooms, guests have to brave the Via Ferrata route, a path with a meticulous safety system to help even the most inexperienced climber. It has bridges, metal ladders, and cables. Guests can also use the zip line. Only then can they be treated to the panoramic view and be blanketed by the stars.

"The idea behind the unique hotel stemmed from the desire to offer 'a unique experience that that [reconnects guests] with nature or make them realize what really luxury can be," said SkyLodge manager Natalia Rodriguez, in an interview with CNN Travel.

Natura Vive, the founder of the said hotel, wants their guests to awaken their adventurous spirit.

Listed in Airbnb's recommended places to stay in Peru, the 24 by 8 feet crystal pods are made from weather-resistant polycarbonate and aerospace aluminum that can withstand strong winds. Aside from the wonderful view, guests will also be treated to four beds, a private ensuite bathroom, and a dining area. For ultimate comfort while stargazing, the bed comes with lush pillows and quilts too.

Renting a crystal pod for the night will cost you £328 or $438. This rate also includes a sumptuous gourmet dinner and breakfast.

For those who do not fancy an overnight stay at the pods, day tours are also available. At just $235 per person, travelers can enjoy a four-course Peruvian lunch with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks inside the room.

Getting To The Skylodge Adventure Suites

People who want to see the famous Machu Picchu, one of the seven Natural Wonders of the World, can do a side trip to the Skylodge.

To get to the famous pods, it's advisable to spend a night in Cusco, since the company shoulders the accommodations and transportation from there.

To reach the Southern Peruvian city, one must first fly to Lima. There are over 40 flights to Cusco from Lima per day.
