Apple released iOS 10.3 just recently, and many have been excited when it was announced. But then again, nothing is really perfect, that's why there are updates. iOS 10.3 had an  iCloud User issue, wherein a bug caused iCloud services that had been disabled to be re-enabled.

A few days ago, Apple sent out emails to some iCloud users to warn them about this problem. An Apple spokesperson said that the issue did not affect iCloud Photo Library, iCloud Keychain or Find My iPhone - meaning, your most vulnerable data is still unaffected. According to reports, only a few are affected, but Apple did not disclose the specific number of users.

However, OS 10.3.1 has fixed this bug. This was released on April 3, and in a statement, Apple said that upgrading to iOS 10.3.1 should resolve this iCloud bug. Additionally, ValueWalk reported that iOS 10.3.1 also fixed the WiFi issue wherein a hacker may control your phone by executing arbitrary code. This was a big problem because it could lead to privacy invasion and security risks, so Apple had to make a resolution quickly. The solution, Apple said, is a "stack buffer overflow was addressed through improved input validation."

The iOS 10.3.1 will break any jailbroken devices. This means that if you want to keep your jailbroken device, do not upgrade. There are also still reports that the annoying battery bug, where some phones shut down at 30 percent, is still present even with this update.

Now, before you install iOS 10.3.1 make sure you have a very stable internet connection, Gottabemobile said. Also, try to see if you are able to pair your iOS device with a Bluetooth speaker, or headset, just to see if it pairs without any hitches. You should get a notification if your device is eligible for the update, but if you don't get any, you may go to your phone's Settings menu to check.
