The full patch notes for "The Division" Last Stand DLC and Update 1.6 will be released on Monday, February 27. Massive Entertainment says there will not be numerous changes from the version of Update 1.6 currently active on the public test server (PTS) known as PTS4.

"The Division" Last Stand DLC is a new objective-based PvP game mode. Players must work together in a team of eight to seize three points around a small map in the interior the Dark Zone, and hold those points from the enemy team. In PTS4, Massive standardized the gear specifically in the Last Stand PvP mode. This is in order to make it a more level playing field among players. Those changes, however, will not apply to the rest of the game. The regular Dark Zone area will stay to function as it has.

Interestingly, there is another change to lengthen the time to kill that will be reflected in both "The Division" Last Stand DLC and the Dark Zone. Massive made this in the hope that it will give players more time to respond to enemy players and fight back. Among other remarkable changes include a buff to the Historian exotic and SMGs regaining their Critical Hit Chance feature, reported Game Rant.
