Hot car baby death incident is now undergoing a court hearing after the toddler's father allegedly left his own son to die inside a hot car while "sexting." The baby victim in the hot car baby death suffered extremely high temperatures and died from hyperthermia.

Ross Harris, the father of the baby involved in the hot car baby death incident currently making headlines, allegedly locked his son inside his car for seven hours while in searing 90 degree heat. According to The Independent, Harris is now facing charges of felony murder and child cruelty. Though Harris is denying the charges, the court has denied him bail for the hot car baby death accusation.

Lead detective Phil Stoddard told the court during aseries of allegations that Justin Ross Harris has been sending explicit messages during the hot car baby death incident. Stoddard said the explicit messages the 33-year-old partook in included nude photographs and racy text messages with six different women, some teenagers.

On the day that his son passed away, Det Stoddard said Harris 'was having up to six different conversations with different women, the most common term would be sexting.' Some were allegedly sent while the hot car baby death was happening. This reportedly shows that Harris appeared to have led a 'double life' with 'alternate personalities'.

According to Stoddard, Harris and his wife were having intimacy issues, as the wife has told police. There are even messages signifying that she apparently knew he was cheating on her.

According to the Mail Online, in addition to 'sexting' while the hot car baby death was happening, Harris also visited a Reddit page called "child free." The page, the detective said, is an internet forum for individuals who do not want children. Harris' browsing history was searched during investigation and investigators also found among searched websites were advice on how to survive in prison.

Detectives also said that the 33-year old also watched a public-service-announcement video showing results when an animal is left inside a hot car.

Though this might sound oddly connected to the hot car baby death, Leanna Harris, the wife, has told investigators that she and her husband only watched the video for precautionary measures. She said they watched the announcement video after reading a story about the dangers of leaving a child inside a car during extreme temperatures.

Maddox Kilgore, the defence attorney however argued that the evidence and allegations did not show intent to perform the hot car baby death. The allegations' "real purpose", were allegedly only to "shame him" in court. Kilgore added, 'An accident doesn't become a crime because the results are catastrophic"'

Harris is a native of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. In 2012, he moved to Georgia and worked for Home Depot.

Stoddard said both Harris and his wife appeared unemotional after the hot car baby death incident. Also, he adds that Harris did not call 911 after finding the boy cold in his SUV on Jun. 18.

According to The Independent, investigators found the couple has two life insurance policies for deceased child, one for $2,000 and one for $25,000.

Despite a piling number of incriminating evidence against Harris for the hot car baby death, new documents were reportedly released Friday which may put him deeper into the grave. Harris reportedly also gave his family instructions on what they needed to do to collect the 22-month-old's insurance policy while he was in jail.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution said that this is the latest information in the shocking case of the hot car baby death against Harris. The paper reported, 'Through the investigation Harris has made comments to family members regarding a life insurance policy that he has on Cooper and what they need to do in order to file for it.'

In the meantime, reports say that it is still uncertain whether Harris' family has already attempted to claim the money.
