A judge has ruled that the daughter of an ex-prostitute has claim to a Northern California millionaire's estate who has been killed. The Associated Press reported that Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge, Thomas Cain ruled that there is evidence that two girls aged 9 and 7 are Ravi Kumra's daughters and he awarded them each, $1800 a month.

The San Jose Mercury News reported that it is now in the hands of his two grown daughters from his recently ended marriage, to whether the two girls are entitled to half his estate..

Keila Goggins, the mother of the 9- and 7-year-old girls, said to The San Jose Mercury News that the ruling "absolutely wonderful," and that  "It is what he would have wanted. It's a wonderful start to making sure that my girls can get their colleges taken care of and their needs, so they would have no limitation on where they wanted to go and what they wanted to be."

The AP reported that Kumra was killed at his mansion on Nov. 30, located in Monte Serano. Authorities say that the killing happened by gang members who had ties to prostitutes that Kumra knew, broke into the apartment, bound and gagged him and stole his cash, jewelry and rare coins. There have been five people charged in the case, thus far. Lucas Anderson, Javier Garcia and Deangelo Austin are all accused of murder. ABC News reported that police say a fourth suspect, Raven Dixon, is a prostitute who had a relationship with Dixon.

ABC News reported that police aren't saying how he was killed but it has been reported that a member of an Oakland street gang could be tied to the incident.

There have been sources that said Raven Dixon was a prostitute and Kumra was a regular customer of hers. "A source with knowledge of the investigation said Dixon had talked openly with friends about her relationship with Kumra," reported ABC News.

All four of the arrested face gang related charges and an initial police report stated that Dixon was wearing a Gucci belt which officers said was a symbol of an Oakland street gang.

"Dixon's lawyer says he has talked to his client many times and she insists that she's never met the other three defendants before," reported ABC News.
