Lindsay Lohan, via Twitter: "It's official. Pregnant."

After a last-minute plea deal kept her out of jail and an in-bed scene with Charlie Sheen on his "Anger Management" sitcom, Lindsay Lohan was seen slumped over a table at a Brazilian nightclub leaving many to suspect that the diva was just enjoy her last days of legally being allowed to consume alcohol, but that assumption appears to be wrong.

However, since the posting was done on April fools' day, many fans and critics believe the pregnancy tweet was a joke, or the result of a hacker.

The message was posted to Li-Lo's 5.7 million followers on 1 April at around 10.30pm PST and has been retweeted by more than 10,000 users and has become a worldwide trending topic.

The 26-year-old actress who has been seeing Avi Snow, guitarist for the band City of the Sun will be spending 90 days in a lock-down rehab clinic next month where she will reportedly be treated for alcohol and prescription drug addiction.

With all of this going on, can she really afford, both physically and socially to be pregnant?

According to Twittermania, the answer is no.

"Lindsay Lohan tweeted she's pregnant, which is great because now she'll have someone to get drunk with," said Emmerson McGinnis @Momfia.

This report is just one in the many that the troubled Lohan has found herself in over the past years.

She has spent 250 days in five rehab facilities since January 2007, including one long court-ordered stint after a failed drug test. She has appeared in court 21 times or more before four Los Angeles judges who have all found her in violation of probation six times and sentenced her to a total of nine months in jail.

This doesn't even include the two weeks she spent behind bars in six trips to the Los Angeles County jail, served 35 days under house arrest and worked about 67 days of community service at the county morgue.
