Marvel's "Iron Fist" made headlines as it hit the highest percentage ever measured for a series premiere episode in 2017. This has been the most exciting reviews that were earned by Netflix after it premiered on March 17 through their network.

Basically, the premiere was the most watched this year for the Netflix lists of drama series. This is revealed by 7Park Data which usually measures the number of streams on a certain subscription through video services. The company found out that 54.7% of the show's premiere date was of three episodes or higher, Variety reported.

Further, the average show on Netflix that runs for an hour made a score of 46.9% as per record of 7Park. This was also the highest percentage ever recorded by 7Park for a series premiere. "Iron Fist" tops other series like "Marvel's Luke Cage" and "Marvel's Daredevil" season 2 despite scathing reviews.

"Iron Fist" which was produced by Marvel Entertainment centers on Danny Rand who is an heir to a huge business empire and he will be seen fighting for crimes as Iron Fist. The production also based its story on the original Marvel comic character.

Further, as per Dark Horizons, the series had accounted for 14.6% of all the Netflix streams for March 17 date. Despite different criticisms, they still manage to earn an honor which means to say that those critics only made a little impact to the enthusiasm of the viewers.

The series really made a lead during its premiere. It landed a score of 37 for Metacritic and earned 17% on Rotten Tomatoes. This, however, is the lowest score earned for any Marvel show that was recorded. Apparently, the tale of the Danny Rand was well-rendered by its creative team and definitely made each audience excited to watch it on the small screen.
