Jake Johnson broke a lot of fan's hearts when he recently hinted that "New Girl" may end at Season 6. During an interview, he said that they shot a finale, and if that was the end, the "core fan base would be OK."

He also almost confirmed that Season 6 is the end by saying: "I think after this season it's done." He clarified his answer by saying that he has no idea of "New Girl" will be back.

But not all the cast is quite ready to say goodbye just yet. Hannah Simone, who plays Cece Parekh already has an idea as to how she wants Season 7 to be. Huffington Post said that if the show returns after Season 6, it would be nice to see Cece and Schmidt have a baby.

Simone said that a lot of people ask her about when a baby is going to happen, and she said that the writers have to make that decision, but she would love to explore parenthood. She admitted, though, that Fox still has not made a decision.

If there is going to be a "New Girl" Season 7, Megan Fox may not be a part of it anymore. According to Bustle, Reagan's days may be numbered. Tuesday's episode showed Nick and Reagan realizing that their relationship won't work.

Nick found out that Reagan was offered her dream job, but she turned it down because of Nick. She realizes that she would have taken that job if not because of Nick, and they have reached an amicable decision to not go any further with their relationship.

It was previously reported that Fox was not supposed to stay in the series for too long, anyway. And that she will only be in it for eight episodes in "New Girl." But just like the fate of the entire show, her exit is yet to be confirmed.
