A video posted on YouTube shows an extremely dangerous stunt by a small plane. The video which has already had more than 80,000 views on YouTube shows a plane coming within just a few feet of a person and then moving sideways.

The video was posted on YouTube on Monday and is 19 seconds long. The video, which took place at the Lancaster Municipal Airort, has also garnered the attention from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) says ABC affiliate WFAA.

WFAA says that the stunt could have been a practice run for a new tv show at the airport. The station also said that they city has looked into the background of the suspected pilot but did not reveal a name.

However, UPI.com reported that stunt pilot Jason Newburg is in the video in the plane which is traveling at 200 miles an hour. The man standing on the ground is on an all-terrain vehicle and there is clearly a cameraman standing in the background.

UPI.com reported that Newburg's waiver to perform aerobatic stunts had expired in November.

"He does have an FAA aerobatic waiver," said Lancaster City Manager Opal Mauldin Robertson to WFAA. "We are required to keep a copy of the waiver on file. We do have a copy of that waiver and have verified it's currently valid."

An ABC News aviation consultant spoke about how dangerous the stunt was. "Several points along the way this guy could have make mistakes that would have killed himself, and the two people that are filming the action here," Steve Ganyard said to ABC.

The FAA's mission is to "provide the safest, most efficient aerospace system in the world," states its website. The FAA also has an important core set of values which includes:
