Nintendo has disclosed the digital file sizes of its Nintendo Switch game titles. With the latest reveal, it appears that players who want to play more games need to have extra memory.

Just recently, Nintendo's official Japanese site has released the download sizes for a number of digital games releasing on the Nintendo Switch in the nearest future. Individually, a lot of the games will have no issue fitting on the console's internal storage. The unfortunate thing is that you will not be able to install most of them. "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild," for instance, needs 13.4GB of Nintendo Switch's free space, while "Mario Kart 8 Deluxe" eats up a decent 8GB space. The largest hit, however, is from the "Dragon Quest Heroes" games, which take up 32GB of combined space. In addition, Nintendo even added a note to recommend installing them on an SD card.

Game Informer detailed the latest announcement from Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch's digital file sizes of several game titles. It includes games like "Puyo Puyo Tetris" which will consume 1.09GB of space. Aside from that, "Snipperclips" has a digital file size of 1.60GB. "I Am Setsuna," on the other hand will take 1.40 GB of Nintendo Switch's space.

Other games with digital file sizes revealed include "Nobunaga's Ambition" with a massive size that can consume up to 5.6 GB space. "Disgaea 5" is another game with a big requirement for space sporting a 5.92GB file size.

Technically, the sizes revealed are not very large, overall. However, given the Nintendo Switch's minimal internal memory, you will have to delete and reinstall games if you will not add an SD card. The most recent Switch leak confirmed that after installing the main firmware, players will be left with approximately 25.9GB of usable space, which is not a lot. Fortunately, 32Gb and 64GB SD cards are considerably affordable.
