Some of the 'Grey's Anatomy" cast members has been reported to leave the series this year. Jerrika Hinton is among the identified cast that will leave at the end of the season and for sure will upset most of the viewers.

The show, however, has not yet renewed for the upcoming 14th season on the network but however, they still got strong ratings with Shonda Rhimes series. Thus, they still expect that having the next season will pretty much a sure thing to gain some more ratings as well.

Hinton, who played the role of Dr. Stephanie Edwards, will be leaving the show and her exit will be directly handled by the storyline. However, there still is always a chance for her to return as guest if she'll be leaving it off in the right way, Just Jared reported.

Hinton, 35, has been loved by the "Grey's Anatomy" fans since she first appeared on the powerhouse Shondaland show in 2012. However, these die-hard fans will no longer prepare themselves for her upcoming departure. Apparently, she will be saying "bye-bye" for the season 14.

This juicy tidbit, however, may not appear a shock anymore for some viewers since she will be one of the casts of the new series on the upcoming HBO drama earlier this month. Losing her will be a nuisance but the fans somehow, already had gotten into letting go of some characters at some point, Hollywood Life reported.

It can be remembered that Patrick Dempsey and Sara Ramirez departed in the season 11 and 12 respectively. Losing these doctors in the series will never be fun but as along as Meredith Grey is around, the story will survive. Dr. Edwards will live to see another day in a different show but no one still knows when she will be going out for the real time.
