The "ZenFone 3 Max", but ASUS is already getting ready to launch a follow-up. The Zenfone 3s Max will be released next week, February 7, at an event in India, but it will be available for purchase from both online and offline channels.

Android Authority said that the best feature of the upcoming phone is its battery. It boasts a 5000mAh battery, while its predecessor has 4100mAh. This means that for people who lists battery life at the top of their lists, this phone is for you. The Z"enFone 3 Max" also offers slightly better internals and minor design changes than its predecessor.

"ZenFone 3 Max" is powered by Octa-core MediaTek MT6750 SoC, and has a 5.2-inch, 1280x720 resolution display and a 2.5D curved glass, GSM Arena reported. The phone has a metal unibody design, and the aluminum chassis gives it a solid feel.

No capacitive navigations buttons are visible, but the phone has on-screen buttons. It also has a fingerprint sensor, which was moved to the front instead of the back, and is now placed below the display.

Rear camera is 13 megapixels with phase detection autofocus and a dual LED flash. The front has an 8-megapixel camera. Now, with the software, the "ZenFone 3s Max" is the first ASUS Nougat phone that runs Android 7.0 out of the box.

The phone comes with a 32GB of internal memory which is expandable by up to 2TB via a microSD card slot. The dual SIM features a hybrid slot, meaning users can either use the second SIM or the microSD card, but not both. Meanwhile, the fingerprint scanner can be used to answer calls, launch the camera or take a picture.

The price of the "ZenFone 3s Max" is not disclosed yet, and experts say that the phone is a value for the money. But so far, the really only amazing feature is the battery life.
