In just a few more days, fans will finally get to play "Resident Evil 7." There's also an option to play it in VR for significantly increased immersion, but those who wants to have a chance of getting somewhere further than that can bet with a real life experience at the mansion.

Upload VR recently reported about Capcom's "Resident Evil 7"-inspired event, "The Experience: London." It is to be held in London this coming Jan. 20 and will be available to the public up until the 23rd. This event is intended for fans and newcomers who wants to see more of the game than just through the screens or the VR headset for that matter.

Visitors will be able to join the the Sewer Gators as intern reporters and the goal is pretty much similar to the demo game. Teaming up with the group, visitors are tasked into finding their missing crews and they'll be able to spend 45 minutes of pure survival thrill.

As Twinfinite reported, the scare tactics are pretty much the direct recreation of the ones founds with the demo of the game. However, this doesn't take away the thrill even for those who have already played the "Resident Evil 7" demo on either the console, PC or VR.

The recreation of the environment compared with the in-game experience was so spot on that Capcom assures fans of a great challenge that will leave most, if not all, cowering in their fears. Visitors are only given a flashlight to use and their curiosity to things in exploring the mansion.

However, the event is very limited as it will only let 28 pairs of visitors take the challenge in "The Experience: London" so those who will visit need to be present as early as possible. The event is held at Dray Walk Gallery at 91 Brick Lane, London E1 6QL.
