Justin Bieber gets charged for a serious offense by the Argentina court. The "Let Me Love You" singer allegedly ordered his bodyguards to beat up a photographer in Argentina.

Obviously, the 22-year old is never pleased with the paparazzi ever since then (he sure knows how to deal with them in the most matured way) for he was accused of ordering his bodyguards to beat up one during his tour back in 2013 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Diego Pesoa, the victim, reported that he was chased down by Beiber's guards. They then beat him up and stole some of his gears and money outside of INK nightclub.

The following year, Bieber was asked to go back to Argentina to justify regarding the case, however, the singer failed to show up. As a result, the court issued him a "warrant of arrest" last year. If Bieber decides to show up anytime soon, he is going to have to travel to Argentina with handcuffs, as per the report. His lawyers will try appealing his case hoping that the case might get thrown out so Bieber could finally legally go back to Argentina and perform.

Sources say that South America is one of Justin's largest fan bases and it would be unfortunate if he won't be able to visit and perform in Argentina on his upcoming tour this March 2017 (he could earn tons in South America.) As a consequence, the government of Argentina will not allow him to step a foot in the country yet. The fans, of course, are left devastated over the news and some of them protested against the decision of the government and held up signs in Buenos Aires that stated "Argentina Needs Justin" and "Right To Music."

"Cold Water" singer apologized to his fans via twitter saying that he would absolutely love to come and visit the country and perform there. "Argentinian beliebers I would like nothing more than to bring the #purposetour there but the Argentinian government won't allow it. So sorry," he tweeted "If things were to change I would love to come but at this time I cannot. For everyone else in South America I look forward to seeing you."
