Amber Heard and Johnny Depp's divorce battle continues as Heard files court order because Johnny Depp is not done paying her yet. Prior reports said the money to be paid by Johnny Depp to Amber Heard as their divorce settlement is amounting to $7 million, which Heard spoke of donating to charity.

On a recent article of People, it states that Amber Heard filed a Request for Order on Wednesday to make sure that the "Pirates of the Carribean" actor will pay her the remaining money from their divorce settlement. Along with this, Amber's attorney claims that Johnny Depp was not able to comply with the court-enforced deadline on some mandates such as transferring the name of a Range Rover to Amber Heard, shipping some belongings, a division of personal property and some debts from cars, jewelry, and stylist fees. Moreover, Heard is requesting that legal fees amounting to $35,435 be paid in full.

Since then, Amber Heard has been actively attacking Johnny Depp via social media, releasing statements here and there about how abusive Johnny Depp was towards her. Johnny Depp, on the other hand, was not too happy about what Amber is accusing her of breaching the confidentiality agreement, which equates to breaching their divorce settlement agreement.

Forbes also reports that Depp, whose is dealing with the tragic loss of his mother, through his lawyers released a statement saying that he will not be answering to any false accusations, gossip, and lies regarding his personal life.

Heard's team then says that Johnny Depp is only using the confidentiality provision stated on their divorce settlements to reverse payments. In addition, Amber Heard also writes on her documents that she made those donations in good faith and was only responding to the leaks by Depp's agents that she settled for a lesser amount than what was offered earlier and on their attempt of branding her as a gold digger.
