Out with the old and in with the new: Apple unveiled the new MacBook Pro replacing the old physical function keys with a "Touch Bar" - a built-in Multi-Touch enabled glass into the keyboard for easier and faster access to the tools you want. The MacBook Pro comes in two different sizes the 13-inch model weighing 3lb. and a width of 14.9mm, and a 15-inch model weighing 4lb. and a width of 15.5mm.

The Touch Bar has several functions ranging from screen settings to quick access for emoji in apps like Messages and Mail. You can still have the old function keys back by simply holding the FN key on the keyboard. Additionally, Apple also added the Touch ID for Mac. Now you can unlock your MacBook Pro using the tip of your fingers and pay for your online purchases with Apple Pay too.

Furthermore, the new MacBook Pro also has improvised performance along with its cutting-edge graphics, high-performance processors, and state of the art storage. Graphics performance is promised to be twice as fast delivering up to 130 percent faster performance compared to the previous models.

The flash storage can reach up to 3.1GB/s sequential read speed and up to 2.2GB/s sequential write speed. In addition to that, the new Mac also gives you enough space to take with you your biggest projects without the need of an external drive.

The MacBook Pro 15-in. contains up to 3.3GHz dual-core Intel Core i7 processor to deliver amazing performance even when multitasking. The battery capability has also improved compared to the previous generation, now the new MacBook Pro can last up to 10 hours for both 15-inch and 13-inch models.

Moreover, with 500 nits brightness, 25 percent more colors than sRGB and 67 percent higher contrast ratio Apple designed the new MacBook Pro to be the brightest and most colorful Mac notebook display ever. The notebook features P3 color, which makes other colors available rather than the standard RGB.
