"The Walking Dead" fans has been trying to keep their cool while waiting for the apocalyptic show's Season 7 premiere episode for it will reveal who dies next.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, show runner Scott M. Gimple was asked series of questions about the TWD's upcoming seventh season. The interview did not only ask for a glimpse on who will the show's antagonist Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) kills, but also to get an overview on the relationship between the Hilltop and Alexandria.

When asked about the theme of the first half of the seventh season, Gimple said that the characters of the TWD will realize that everything they have built, everything they believed in and everything they have thought of in the previous season "does not prove to be true." This is in addition to the many loss the Alexandria faced when they were attacked by the Wolves, those who were killed by the walkers and characters killed by the Saviors.

"So, how do they go on? That's really the question. And beyond that, you have this horrible event that shows that it's Negan's world and they're living in it. How do they live in it? How do they go on in that situation? And it breaks them apart, in a lot of ways, emotionally and even circumstantially. You know, to put it in a tiny, tiny bite, how do they go on?" Gimple added.

Gimple was also asked about the first death on the seventh season, theone who will be killed by Negan. He said that this death will be a lot different from the previous ones because the character will not be killed by walkers, another people they're having a battle with or what not. In this death's case, it will be a whole lot different.

"They're powerless, they lose all of their power. At every opportunity up to this point, they've been parlaying that power. And their power was fighting together. That's what episode 609 was all about. That was the great victory that they had, last season. They went, "Holy crap, if we do this all together, we can do anything!" But that isn't true."

Nevertheless, people are still patiently waiting for the TWD's season 7 premiere on October 23 on FOX.
