The iCloud hacker of Pippa Middleton reportedly took some 3,000 images including private pictures of her and fiancé James Matthews; as well as intimate royal photos of the Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William, Prince George and Princess Charlotte are being up for sale.

According to Telegraph, Pippa Middleton's iCloud account was illegally accessed Friday night and the photos are now being offered to publications. An anonymous seller has been in contact with major newspapers like Britain's Sun and Daily Mail in the hopes of selling the images. In addition, the unknown seller is demanding "£50,000" ($65,000).

CNN reports, the cyber thief messaged The Sun through an encrypted message service WhatsApp and used the alias "Crafty Cockney", claiming that nude photos of James Matthews, Pippa's boyfriend, is also part of the stolen images.

The purveyor of images said, "This isn't (sic) an auction it will be a simple process of the highest bid," the news site added.

Although, there still no comment from the Kensington Palace. Specialist officers are currently investigating, yet no arrests have been made.

Middleton's representatives stated, "She and Mr. Matthews have asked Britain's Independent Press Standards Organization (IPSO) to make editors aware of their position that the use of these photographs would represent a breach of their privacy, and their request that the photographs are not published," NBC News published.

Pippa Middleton, who is the younger sister of Kate Middleton, announced her engagement in July with her hedge fund manager boyfriend, James Matthews.

Matthews is the chief executive of Eden Rock Capital Management Group which is named after a luxury resort his parents own in the Caribbean, detailed by The Guardian.

This isn't the first time an instance of Apple's iCloud online data service has been compromised. Back in 2014, a hacker leaked a series of raunchy photos where female celebrities like Jennifer Lawrence and Kate Upton fell victim.

Still, no official statement has been released by Apple about the situation.
