There's a new sherrif in town at Tokyo's DisneySea theme park, and his name is Woody. According to The Japan Times, Tokyo DisneySea opened a 3-D ride Monday called Toy Story Mania!, which is based on the Disney/Pixar film Toy Story.

Toy Story Mania! is an interactive ride in the park's American Waterfront section, and park-goers can earn points by participating in classic games on a common carnival boardwalk, such as tossing rings on bottles. During the ride, passengers shoot at balloon targets and participate in other games by trowing objects at a screen.

People began forming a line when the attraction opened at 9 a.m., and some waited for an estimated seven hours for their chance to experience the fun. According to CNN Go, the wait later "shrunk" to a three hours. The new addition cost approximately $144 million in U.S. currency, and it is helping drive ticket sales at the theme park. Sales were up in June after a long stretch of limited tourism as a result of the earthquake last year.

The Japan Daily Press explains that DisneySea is the fifth most visited theme park in the world, and it was able to reach the milestone of 10 million guests in less than a year. It is the ninth park of the eleven worldwide parks by Disney, and earns the title of the most expensive Disney park built.
