Slender Man Stabbing Trial - Two 12-year old girls are set to stand trial in the murder of their classmate. Both girls had been accused of stabbing another 12-year old girl in the hopes of "pleasing" the fictional fantasy horror creature called Slender Man.

The victim in the Slender Man stabbing trial identified as Payton Leutner will finally get the justice she deserves. Leutner's classmates, who had stabbed her 19 times and had left her to die in Wisconsin woods, are set to stand trial after being deemed mentally fit.

The judge has ruled both suspects had been mentally fit during the stabbing thus both will be present at the Slender Man stabbing trial. This comes as a surprise after the attorney of one of the girls claimed his client suffers from the psychiatric disorder, schizophrenia.

Yet, after the psychiatrist, Kenneth Casimir, had treated the girl involved in the stabbing back in August, Casimir claims her mental health has greatly improved. This is after one of the psychologists at the mental health institution testified to the girl's claims that she had been seeing and hearing unicorns. The girl also added to have seen Slender Man and Lord Voldemort of "Harry Potter."

Even with such preposterous claims, both girls are set to attend the Slender Man stabbing trial. The judge is yet to set a preliminary hearing but reports claim with enough evidence it could push through to Feb. of 2015.

As for the fictitious character in the Slender Man stabbing trial, other murders have been linked to the horror creature. One 13-year old girl had murdered her own mother while to police officers in Las Vegas had also been murdered thanks to the belief on Slender Man.

Before the Slender Man stabbing trial, the character had long been renowned across various social media sites after a 2009 online competition asking for horrific supernatural images.
