Orient Express Venezia at Palazzo Dona Giovannelli Opens

Orient Express Venezia at Palazzo Dona Giovannelli is now ready to open its doors to guests.

The property can be found in Venice's Cannaregio district. Here's what you should know about this grand new hotel.

Orient Express Venezia Opens

Orient Express celebrated the opening of the new hotel on its official website.

"Orient Express proudly unveils Orient Express Venezia at Palazzo Donà Giovannelli, the extraordinary rebirth of the 15th century architectural jewel, owned by Arsenale Group, reimagined by architect and interior designer Aline Asmar d'Amman as a hotel, for the first time in nearly six centuries," the company said.

Described by Orient Express as a "new icon in the brand's constellation of ultra-luxury travel experiences," the Orient Express Venezia offers 47 accommodations, which include rooms, suites, and residences.

Specifically, there are a total of six Signature to choose from, which are as follows:

Colori Persi Suite
Del Conte Suite
La Minerva Suite
Orient Express Suite
Teatro Suite

What Else Does the Orient Express Venezia Offer?

According to a report by Travel Weekly, Orient Express Venezia also offers three food and beverage options for guests, including Heinz Beck Venezia, which is a fine-dining concept. It will be helmed by Heinz Beck, a Michelin-starred chef.

There is also an all-day dining restaurant called La Casati and an art deco-inspired lounge called Wagon Bar.

In addition, Orient Express Venezia is also home to an event space called Salone Vittoria, which guests can access by boat.
