Toddler rescued from train tracks was unknowingly captured via CCTV on Goodge Street Underground Station in the city center of London. According to The Examiner, the footage of toddler rescued from train tracks has just gone viral and many are calling the incident a miracle.

According to NBC News today, the footage of toddler rescued from train tracks was released by the British Transport Police on Monday.

In it, the child was shown seconds away from getting crushed by a train in London after a gust of wind blew the child's stroller onto the tracks. The parents of the child turned their back just for a few moments, but that short time was all it took for the wind to push the stroller, causing it to roll onto the train tracks.

In the footage of toddler rescued from train tracks, the buggy was first seen momentarily left unattended by a man appearing to be the child's father. Upon leaving the stroller, the man pops up a flight of stairs appearing to fetch another stroller.

Apparently, the alleged father forgot to put on the brakes on the stroller, because as train pulls in to the narrow tunnel, sucks the air along the platform hence the buggy with the toddler almost got crushed by the train.

Saved or not, upon watching the footage of toddler rescued from train tracks, any parent would be horrified.

On the video of toddler rescued from train tracks, a bystander was also seen oblivious to the whole drama as he was listening to his headphones.

Fortunately, a woman which appeared to be the child's mother, saw the buggy on the tracks soon enough. She was seen in the footage of toddler rescued from train tracks jumping down and rescuing the child seconds before the next train arrived, according to London's Metropolitan Police.

The terrified mother leapt on to the tracks and plucked her child, who was then still strapped into the upturned pushchair just inches from an electrified rail.

After doing so, she hauled both the baby and the stroller up on to the platform just in the nick of time. The alleged father appeared to have realised the scene only after the mother has gone on the tracks.
According to the Daily Mail, upon releasing the footage of toddler rescued from train tracks, the British transport agency has issued a press release regarding the footage.

Chief Inspector Mark Lawrie said in the statement, 'This was a frightening incident, not just for the scale of the danger the child was exposed to, but also because the woman then put her own life on the line by going onto the tracks.'

NBC News reports that the toddler rescued from train track incident occurred Jul. 23. However, the footage had only been released by police Monday.

If there had been positive reactions to the toddler rescued from train track incident, then there were also negative criticisms. Outrage over the video was expressed on the web.

According to the Daily Mail, one critic wrote, 'How stupid can you get leaving a pushchair anywhere for a few seconds. Terrible parenting!'
