‘The Bachelor' Season 21: How Will Nick Viall Handle Taylor's Return?

Feb 06, 2017 04:43 AM EST

The promo for Monday's episode of ABC's "The Bachelor" features a roller coaster of emotions as Nick Viall tries to determine which woman he should end up with. It also shows that Viall is seriously doubting about whether he'll find true love on reality TV.

Viall can be seen bursting into tears and saying that his biggest fear at the moment is that the same thing is going to happen, referring to the previous times when he tried to meet "the one" on "The Bachelorette" and "Bachelor in Paradise." This confession also brought tears to the love interests' eyes. Viall added that his desire to find love might have him "trying too hard to make it work."

During Week 5, Viall and the ladies headed off to New Orleans, and two women were eliminated during the rose ceremony - Sarah Vendal, a 26-year-old school teacher from Newport Beach, California, and Astrid Loch, a 26-year-old office manager from Tampa, Florida, The Huffington Post said.

The highlight of the episode was when Taylor was asked to go, but she surprised everyone by making an appearance after the date. The upcoming episode will show what Taylor has to see to Viall and how he will handle the situation.

It may be too early to tell if Viall proposes to any of the women, but he did share his plans after the "The Bachelor". He admitted that he is "actively thinking about" taking "the Hollywood route," and said that he is okay with joining "Dancing With the Stars," Entertainment Weekly reported.

On a previous interview, Viall revealed his top three. He said that Rachel, who received the first impression rose, remained a "frontrunner since day one." He also said he is very interested in Danielle from the start of "The Bachelor", as well as Vanessa - who he said he has a very good chemistry with.
