Prince Harry & Girlfriend Meghan Markle Spent New Year Together On A Norway Trip To See The Northern Lights

Romantic Prince Harry has fluffed up girlfriend Meghan Markle to Norway to see the Northern Lights. The lovebirds went to the edge of the Arctic Circle for their first holiday together.

Prince Harry was spending time with Meghan Markle after their Christmas apart by taking her away on a romantic trip to witness the spectacular Northern Lights. The pair revealed the new year together before flying out to Tromso, on the Norwegian fjords. In addition, both also enjoyed whale watching and went to romantic lake trips. This is the lovebirds' first away trip together and they christened it by witnessing the majestic night sky illuminated by the Aurora Borealis.

According to The Sun, Prince Harry wanted to make this first holiday together so memorable that Meg will never forget. Furthermore, The Prince reportedly put a lot of thought into the trip and wanted to make it as romantic as possible. The pair's accommodation was reportedly chosen based on Inge Solheim's recommendation. He is Prince Harry's polar explorer friend who has organized trips for the royal like the skiing holiday trip in Kazakhstan. The couple chose for a private cabin where they could relish utmost privacy.

Meanwhile, Kensington Palace has declined to comment, and they would neither confirm or deny the trip had taken place. The couple involuntary spent Christmas apart from each other. They only get back together just before seeing 2017. Amid the two dates, Prince Harry was seen having a lengthy afternoon meeting in London with the man dubbed his second father on Wednesday. The Prince was seen giggling at a pub in Sands End, South West London, with Mark Dyer who is a former Army officer and his closest friend. Meghan, on the other hand, celebrated the holiday in Canada.

Prince Harry according to reports has already met Meghan's father, Thomas Markle, a 72-year-old former lighting director, during one of the prince's stays to Toronto. Meghan's older brother, Thomas Markle Jr, disclosed to DailyMail that Markle's father was proud of their relationship. He added that the prince and the actress were very much in love with each other.
