"The Big Bang Theory" original cast Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, Simon Helberg, Kaley Cuco, and Kunal Nayyar offered to have their salaries deducted with $100,000 each to augment the pay of two of their c-actors. Melissa Rauch and Mayim Bialik who receive $200,000 per episode will now receive $450,000 each.

Us Weekly reported that the original cast had salary increases that reached up to $1 million per episode as stipulated in their contracts. The finalization of the pay cuts will be made this week.

Bialik and Rauch became an important part of the storyline and it is but fair to increase their take home pay. Bialik plays the role of Amy Farrah Fowler who is Sheldon Cooper's partner. Rauch plays Bernadette Rostenkowski-Wolowitz, the wife of Helberg's Howard Wolowitz.

This season featured Sheldon's love relationship with Amy. The pair's experiences relating to each other are hilarious as reported by Gosh! TV. When Amy knew from Professor Bert Kibbler that Sheldon told many people about their sex life was one of the funniest episodes in season 10. Another episode was when they visited Sheldon's mom and Amy told her that they were already living together.

Rauch's Bernadette's relationship with her husband Howard and having baby Halley, their first time as parents adds to the hilarious episodes. Raj had tried baby-sitting for the baby just to earn money to attend the San Diego Comic-Con. Later, he changed his mind on accepting money from Bernadette and opted not to go to San Diego.

There were new storylines being introduced to make the story less predictable. The two actresses have been contributing much lately.

"The Big Bang Theory" original cast's generosity towards their co-actors will surely make their working relationship more effective. The two recipients will be more enthusiastic to work especially now that they have two seasons to work together. The show was renewed for two more seasons after season 10.
