Nigel Bethel II is a three-star recruit from Miami who was dismissed just last month after he sucker-punched Amber Battle, who is the top scorer of Texas Tech’s women’s basketball team. It was on Tuesday that he was finally cleared by a grand jury, clearing all assault charges against him.
