Con Edison: Power Could be Restored in Manhattan By Saturday Nov. 3 After Hurricane Sandy
Con Edison has reported that power could be back on in Manhattan for those that lost it due to Superstorm Sandy by 11 p.m. Saturday. The New York Daily News reported that a few small areas of Manhattan have power on Friday.
