Costa Concordia Cruise Ship Captain, Franceso Schettino, Sues Over Losing His Job [VIDEO]
In January 32 people were killed when the cruise ship, Costa Concordia, capsized in Italy after hitting a rock. Francesco Schettino is charged with "multiple manslaughter and abandoning ship," according to Reuters. His preliminary hearings will start on Oct. 15.
