Luca Iaconi-Stewart, a San Francisco resident, has possibly just created the most remarkable airplane made purely out of paper.

The 22-year-old is an airplane fanatic who has done what any other extremist would do. He created his own airplane, and one that's made totally of paper.

The spectacular creation of Stewart is 4 feet long and it's made entirely of cardboard - very, very impressive to say the least. The model is 1:60 in scale and impossibly detailed as to look like an exact replica of an Air India Boeing 777.

Stewart said he estimates his time making the plane at around 10,000 hours over the past five and a half years. The manila envelopes he used are estimated to have reached 400.

When one gets a look at what the master crafter has done, you will not believe it at first because of the exquisite detail applied on the aircraft. There's an undercarriage tire tread, engine-fan blades, economy, business and first class seats and of course a plane wouldn't be complete with the pilot cockpit.

Now if only paper airplanes could be used for travelling, people can go the distance anytime they want.
