The FIFA World Cup 2014 is coming in the next few months, which means it's time to start making travel arrangements. To assist those who want to head to the World Cup tournament from June 12 to July 13, Skyscanner has developed a took to make it easier to find a flight to the tournament.

The Scotland-based travel search company has introduced the Soccer Flight Finder, or the Football Flight Finder, depending on what country you're in.

The tool provides possible flight itineraries from the 32 countries that have teams that qualify for the 2014 FIFA World Cup. After the group stage draw on December 6, travelers can also search for domestic flights in Brazil to take them to the games, Skift reports.

"The team positioning will be filled-in" after the group stage draw, a Skyscanner spokesperson said according to Skift.

Since the matches are dispersed throughout the country in cities several hours apart and ground transportation and the highways create travel limits, air travel will be the best mode of transportation for the big game. Many will also choose to take private jets.

Since there is expected to be an increase in passenger volume, Brazil will not open up its domestic routes to non-Brazilian carriers. It is not clear if the domestic airlines will be able to handle the increase though.

The Football Flight Finder is available to travelers in the UK, Russia, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Turkey, France, the Netherlands, and Brazil. Those in the US can access the Soccer Flight Finder tool as football is referred to as soccer in America.
