Hours after announcing that he was indeed dating skier Lindsey Vonn, golfer Tiger Woods attended his 5-year-old daughter Samantha's junior baseball game near his home in Jupiter, Fla., but that wasn't the headline of the day.

The Daily Mail reported that Vonn was there too, only she never got out of the car. Instead, she waited inside for an hour to avoid Woods' ex-wife Elin Nordegren.

The 28-year-old Vonn is still recovering from an injury suffered, while competing at the World Championship in Austria, but Daily Mail states that she is resting on Woods's luxury yacht, named Privacy, which is docked near his home in Jupiter.

After months of denial the relationship is finally public, but neither of them know exactly how it happened, just that it happened.

"I guess it wasn't a well-kept secret but yes, I am dating Tiger Woods,' the Olympian said, via Facebook. "Our relationship evolved from a friendship into something more over these past few months and it has made me very happy," Vonn added.

On the flip side, Woods also made a statement, using Facebook.

"Something nice that's happened off the course was meeting Lindsey Vonn. Lindsey and I have been friends for some time, but over the last few months we have become very close and are now dating," he said. "We thank you for your support and for respecting our privacy. We want to continue our relationship, privately, as an ordinary couple and continue to compete as athletes."

It is a good turnaround of the former No. 1 golfer in the world, who saw his star fall rapidly in 2009, due to a strange November 27 car crash outside his mansion in Windermere, Orlando, that came a day after The National Enquirer, linked him to New York party hostess Rachel Uchitel.

As a result, Wood admitted a string of affairs with as many as 14 women coming forward to claim that they had slept with him, which cost him his marriage to Nordegren.
