TLC stars the Duggar family from the show "19 Kids and Counting," went out for a cheap meal in New York City that ended up being, not so cheap. 23 people in total, Jim Bob Duggar took his huge family out for burgers in New York City at Bill's Bar & Burger. His family includes his wife Michelle and 21 other family members.
The huge family enjoyed burgers, fries, onion rings and shakes at the burger joint spending a whopping $617.

The Duggars live in Arkansas. On their family website it states that "To date they have been blessed with 19 children, (10 boys and 9 girls) Joshua (& wife Anna), Jana & John-David (twins), Jill, Jessa, Jinger, Joseph, Josiah, Joy-Anna, Jedidiah & Jeremiah (twins), Jason, James, Justin, Jackson, Johannah, Jennifer, Jordyn-Grace and Josie."

"Bill's burger restaurants exploded into the New York burger scene in 2009, becoming an instant hit with both burger junkies and locals alike," says the restaurant's website. "With 400 seats, Bill's Bar & Burger Rockefeller Center, is the biggest standalone burger joint in the country. Every burger, shake and fry, in dozens of varieties and counting, at Bill's is made fresh daily. Our burger restaurants are open every day from 11AM until way past your bedtime."
Bill's holds its burger to a very high standard and before they opened the first restaurant conducted more than 100 tastings of 20 recipes.
"What we came up with is a throwback. Cooked on a flattop and served in an all-American seeded bun ('the Bill's Classic')- it's what a diner burger might taste like in heaven. The critics have called it 'the burger of my dreams" and "the best thing to happen to freshly ground beef since the kraft single'" said Bill's website.
