Actress Jennie Garth recently lost 30 pounds and said that maintaining the weight loss is definitely difficult.

"Maintenance is definitely challenging. It's something you have to do daily," she said according to People magazine.

"You have to remind yourself what your priorities are," she said to People, "and remind yourself about staying healthy and living a healthy life."

Garth, 40, starred in her own CMT reality show last year called Jennie Garth: Little Bit Country and made headlines for her split from Twilight actor, Peter Facinelli in March 2012. The couple were married for 11 years and have three daughters.

She told People  that she tries to schedule exercise in her daily routine. "Every day, I try to schedule something in, whether it's hiking with my dog or jogging or going to the gym," she said to People. "Those are the things I'm focused on right now."

People reported that she is now dating Big Gigantic drummer Jeremy Salken, 31. The Daily Mail reported that a source said Jennie was falling in love with the drummer. A source saw her at one of his concerts last month and said, 'They were all over each other. When Jeremy's band Big Gigantic took the stage, Jennie was as excited as a teenybopper, clapping and jumping up and down with the music," said the unnamed source. "No question they're a couple - and it looks really serious. Jennie told me, I never thought I'd fall in love again, but it's happening, and I couldn't be more excited!"'

In January the couple were spotted in Toronto, Canada where Jennie, the former 90210 alum, was filming the movie "Home Again."

US Weekly revealed that Jennie and Jeremy have been dating since they met at the Austin City Limits Festival in October where Jeremy's electronica group Big Gigantic played.

"He's very easygoing and chill," a source said to US Weekly of Jeremy. "They're smitten."

Peter Facinelli is reportedly dating actress Jaimie Alexander.
