The Brooklyn Nets are finally seeing what they were looking for when they signed point guard Jeremy Lin to a three-year deal at the start of the NBA Season. The point guard, together with center Brook Lopez, led the Nets to a 107-92 victory against the Atlanta Hawks.

According to a report from Sports World News, Lin's return from injury has brought a lot of positivity for the Brooklyn Nets. The team has already won for the third time in four games after beating the Hawks at Philips Arena, their first win of the season against Atlanta.

Lin scored 19 points, had four rebounds, dished out eight assists, and finished the game with two steals and one block. Kenny Atkinson, the Nets head coach, praised the point guard for his role in helping the team win against the struggling Hawks.

He said that they haven't been in a lot of situations wherein they are protecting a lead down the stretch. Atkinson told Reuters that Lin "helped matters a lot, milking the clock, taking a little better care of the ball," and he knows when to use the pick and roll.

Lin was also instrumental in helping the team build a 22-point lead in the early parts of the game. But it wasn't Lin alone who played well for the Nets, as Brook Lopez also contributed a lot.

The Nets center finished the game with 23 points and seven rebounds. The report said that he and Lin combined for 42 points to beat a Hawks team that is now on a seven-game losing streak. The win also puts the Nets at a 7-8 record for March and could still put them to 20 wins before the season ends.

The Nets currently has a 16-57 record, which is the worst in the NBA. Check out some highlights of Jeremy Lin and the Brooklyn Nets' win over the Atlanta Hawks.
