Though fans are really delighted in the latest "Star Wars" spin-off movie, "Rogue One," all eyes are still set on the second and third film of the sequel trilogy. "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" is slated to release this year followed by the untitled "Episode IX" in 2019. All are seeking some clues regarding its plot and even celebrities can't contain themselves as they pester the stars of the film just to have a look into the upcoming movie's story.

As of now, there are lots of information, speculations, and rumors regarding the upcoming two films that made up the sequel trilogy. The production is also having some problems with the sudden death of Carrie Fisher whose character will play a huge role in the future events of the series. Hopefully, all will be okay and the filmmakers will be able to make a movie that will not disappoint millions of fans.

According to Star Wars News Net, the future movies of the trilogy will be revisiting three of the most iconic planet in the "Star Wars" series. The three planets that fans will see again in the future are Tatooine, Endor, and Mustafar. There is no further information on how these planets will fit in the story and on what movie they will be shown.

Tattoine is one of the obvious choices among the three and throughout the series, a lot of important events will occur on this planet. It is the birthplace of Anakin Skywalker for starters and this is also the place where Luke grew up. As a remote place in the universe, the planet is a great place for the Jedi order to rebuild itself.

Endor, on the other hand, is the place where the great battle that turned the tide of the Galactic Civil War happened. It is also the place where Anakin's funeral was held where Luke made a huge funeral pyre and burned his father's Sith armor.

The last in the list is the volcanic planet of Mustafar where Anakin turned to the Dark Side and battled out his master Obi-Wan as reported by Screen Rant. In "Rogue One" the planet is shown as the home of Darth Vader. The place was also used by the Sith Lords as a focus of their meditation on the Dark Force.
