There's a possibility that "Dance Moms" Season 8 won't be happening as the show has yet to be renewed. If that will be the case, cast member Nia Sioux won't have a problem with the show ending, considering it has been airing for so long.

In an interview with HollywireTV, Sioux talked about the show's current season and if there would be a season 8. She said that her contract will be up after season 7 and she doesn't know if it will be renewed or not.

As for season 8, she said that "Dance Moms" "has been a long show" and it would be "bittersweet" if it ends at season 7. She did tease that there's still a possibility of more seasons to come and she will see what will happen if the show continues, which hints that she is still open to renewing her contract.

According to a report from Celebeat, Sioux will be talking to the showrunners first with regards to her involvement in "Dance Moms" Season 8, if the show does get renewed by Lifetime. Though Sioux still said she might return, it still didn't stop fans from speculating that season 7 could be her last.

The report said that Sioux has been around the show long enough and already had the "best time of her life." It wouldn't be surprising if she decides to depart from it and move on to other projects.

Sioux did say in the interview that she would love to do another Broadway show and scripted show, even if it's just a guest star. She said she has been "really working" on her acting and she even did a movie this summer, which is entitled "Take 2 For Faith."
