"Iron Fist" is one of the most highly anticipated American television series of Netflix that is largely based on Marvel Comics. It is already the fourth franchise of the Marvel series and recently, it underwent great critics among viewers since it falls short with the promises that they're supposed to deliver.

The series centers the tale of Danny Rand who will make his return to New York after having been gone for fifteen years. He was believed to be dead in a plane accident which claimed his parents' lives.

However, Rand actually survived the plane crash and he was rescued by a mystical group of monks. He went to a school of Kung Fu wherein he was entrusted with the power of the invincible iron fist, Business Insider reported.

On this series, he will be back to retrieve the company of his family. However, he will be torn between choosing family obligations and choosing his duties as the "Iron Fist " whenever treacherous threats arise.

Netflix already made the first six episodes of the series, made the show available to press and they had it even included in their quartet of shows. However, many considered it a mess and a big mistake for the production. According to critics, it was very far compared to other Marvel comic-inspired series, Gizmodo reported.

"Iron Fist" has drawn a lot of attentions among people since they expected that the character should be played by an Asian actor. However, the series was really originally portrayed by a white male who was adopted by Asian monks and there is no one to be blamed if the production stick to its script.

For many critics, "Iron Fist" had brought nothing new to its table and completely lacked its soul. Production may also feel that the series is under great outbreak as of now, yet, we'll have to wait until fans will share its voice after they got to see it themselves as it airs on March 17.
