The highly talked about WikiLeaks Vault 7 has been released. Among the many revelations is the CIA Vault 7 Year Zero decryption passphrase quoted after President John F. Kennedy.

On March 7, WikiLeaks posted on twitter the decrypted passphrase for the CIA Vault 7 leak. The team revealed that the password is, "I will splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it into the wind." This was a quote credited to the late President John F. Kennedy. The same quote was handed to a Times journalist in the 1960s by one of Kennedy's administration official. It was later published in the New York Times on April 25, 1966.

The video below mentions the JFK quote at the 2:50-mark. The entire video focuses on Samuel Halpern talking over JFK's relationship with the Central Intelligence Agency. Halpern was among those who were tasked to launch an investigation into the assassination of the late President John F. Kennedy. According to Harpen, CIA, as an institution is not at all evil, however, the institution is highly idiosyncratic.

Apart from Harpen, the audiovisual centers on Kennedy's relationship with Cuba before he was assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald. It also talks about the Operation Northwoods. It is a proposed false flag operation in contradiction of the Fidel Castro regime, which started within the U.S. Department of Defense.

In one of its reports, ABC News notes that reportedly, the plans included the potential assassination of Cuban emigrants. Other plans included drowning Cuban refugees' boats on the high seas and stealing planes. They were also planning on blustering up a U.S. ship as well as staging violent terrorism in several U.S. cities. Kennedy rejected the plan, the CIA however, insisted on pursuing the deal with Cuba.

Halpern, in the video, speaks that he could never fathom why the CIA wanted to do this to Cuba. He adds that during that time, Kennedy was finding it extremely challenging to keep former Director of Central Intelligence Allen Dulles in line.

He further adds that JFK thinks of the CIA becoming a state within the state. The late President John F. Kennedy uttered a month prior to his assassination, the quote revealed by the WikiLeaks decryption passphrase, "I will splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it into the wind," says Heavy.
