Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani have put an end to their marriage of 14 years. The "Hair Up" singer filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences as the reason. Stefani claimed that his infidelity was too much for her. The Bush frontman was reported to have cheated on her with their nanny, Mindy Mann.

Aside from his cheating, his constant travels for concerts took a toll on their marriage. She asked him to stop touring and just be at home but he did not agree with his wife. The couple has three children.

They issued a joint statement after their divorce that they have opted to co-parent their children and to split amicably. They have remained civil and supportive of each other for the sake of the children.

According to Daily Mail, Rossdale revealed that the divorce with the mother of his children brought him so much sadness and pain. He admitted that his parents were both divorced three times before they marry each other. "We are all products of nuclear families," he said.

The father of four aware of his shortcomings regretted the demise of their marriage but it seems he screwed every chance of being reunited with his family. After his divorce, he re-hired the nanny that causes their family to split according to Hollywood Life. He justified that she is good with the kids.

He also revealed that he did not expect that his wife will divorce him. At present, he is no longer sure if he will marry again. His priority is the welfare of his children. He has an adult daughter from a previous relationship named Daisy, 27.

His ex-wife is currently in a relationship with fellow "The Voice" judge Blake Shelton. He has been looked up by the Rossdale kids as a father figure.

The "This Is Happiness" singer is promoting a new album at present. Gavin Rossdale describes his new album as a "rebirth, re-launch, restart" following his separation from Stefani. The "Love Remains the Same" crooner is enjoying his kids, the remnants of his once happy marriage to Gwen Stefani.
