Just a few more weeks of waiting and "Attack on Titan" fans will be able to see the next installment of this franchise. A brand-new illustration has just been released to tease fans about Season 2.

Newtype Magazine's recent issue feature a special feature about the upcoming season. The piece was partially printed on a new illustration. The director and chief director of the anime talked about Season 2, but a lot of fans really are just more interested in looking at the amazing illustration.

ComicBook said that the illustration shows three core characters in the foreground of the scenery shot, while Captain Levi is at the front with his head titled to the side. Levi is mirroring Mikasa as both of them have their swords drawn, looking off into the distance.

What's interesting though is Eren's pose. He is depicted in his Titan form, and a lot of fans noticed that Eren's hair has never looked more luscious. His hair is flowing in the wind while he sits with an elbow propped up against his knee.

What will the plot "Attack on Titan" Season 2 be? Previous reports say that Titans have been protecting us from other Titans this whole time. Is there something worse that our heroes should protect us from? The next season is reportedly going to be released on April 1. Fans hope that this is not just an April Fool's joke.

The official synopsis says: "Eren Jaeger swore to wipe out every last Titan, but in a battle for his life he wound up becoming the thing he hates most.
