For the second year in a row, Jennifer Lawrence gained the title of being the World's Highest Paid Actress for 2016, with a gross of $46 million pre-tax over the 12 months.

Most of her impressive earnings which were coming from the big box office gross of her final film "Hunger Games" installment having sales of $653.4 million, and an enormous upfront fee for the upcoming "Passengers" movie. Meanwhile, although Lawrence got a total of about 11.5% of $52 million in 2015, she still stood up and remained to be the highest paid celebrity of the past year, Forbes reported.

The "Hunger Games" star, despite the huge earnings from her movies, just recently sold her starter condo in Santa Monica, California and yes, she's still doing her real estate game. The property was identified as a belonging of Lawrence which was sold last month for $1.5 million. And just for about a month and a half, it was also listed at $1.69 million by Andrew Thurm of Coldwell banker, Mansion Global reported.

On the other hand, the actress was also known for buying the two-bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouse which approximately cost $879,000 in 2006, long time ago before winning Oscar Awards for her role in the romantic comedy "Silver Linings Playbook" way back 2012.

Further, it was also not known to everyone on when was this 26-year old actress was able to live in her 1,413 square foot condo unit before it got sold. However, her current home today seemed to be a great fit for her uplifting career. It was in 2014 when this young actress paid over $7 million for her 5,550 square foot and five bedroom residences in Beverly Hills with a boasting gym, gourmet kitchen and an amazing koi pond.

Further, Lawrence right now has also been looking for other properties in Manhattan where she recently toured a duplex penthouse in Tribeca with a price of $17.49 million. If bought, this could have been her most expensive real estate yet.
