J.K. Rowling, author of the popular "Harry Potter" series responded to fans that were burning her work. Apparently, this has been the thing once again for those fans which reacted about Rowling's tweets against Donald Trump and many had prompted of placing their Potter merchandise, which includes books and DVDs into the torch.

One of the replies Rowling did receive came on Tuesday after a reader said that they would burn the books and the movies. On Wednesday, the author replied to a self-proclaimed fan for 17 years as she suggested that the reader may seemingly miss an entire point of the Potter saga.

Later with her tweets, Rowling added a bit humor despite Twitter backlash. She posted a tweet saying, "Actually, we're thinking of selling them in pairs in future, a read-one, burn-one deal for those who like the magic, but not the morals".

As per history, there was an observation that the book burning was actually organized by a Christian group back in 2001 since most people were protesting that the novel was satanic, Entertainment Weekly reported. Secondly, another observation they noticed was that the author isn't just replying and retweeting to her bashers like she normally does.

Some of the reader comments were also attached to her tweets as cropped photos. She might be sparing them the avalanche that might be done by her supporters. Further, Rowling doesn't want to promote those who were attacking her either but many suspects there is a reason behind on what she did. It may be an act of kindness in the face of aggression that Dumbledore should approved of, People reported.

And finally, the Rowling vs. Trump supporter story made into headlines. It all started when she just threw out a quote in Winston Churchill on Monday amid criticism of Trump's new immigration restrictions order.
