A hotel maid accused Jennifer Lopez of getting her fired. Now the sexy singer is firing back and saying that it isn't true.

Pray Dodaj, a maid at the luxurious Melia Duesseldorf Hotel in Germany claims that she was fired after asking Lopez for her autograph. Dodaj claims that she was denied an autograph and that Lopez complained to the management, which led to her being fired.

"I cleaned on her floor. And I am an incredibly big fan so I took all my courage and rang the bell to get an autograph, but I was rejected by two assistants at the door. A day later the cleaning company that employed me at the hotel called and said that Ms. Lopez had complained. I was fired right there on the phone! Because of an autograph!" Dodaj said, according to Perez Hilton.

Lopez found out about the claims through social media. She responded to the claims on Twitter, saying "C'mon thought you knew me better than this.. Would never get anyone fired over an autograph. 1st I heard of this was on twitter. #hurtful."

According to TMZ, Lopez did have an incident with a maid, but an autograph wasn't part of it. A maid tried to barge into Lopez's room and the security team kicked her out immediately for Lopez's safety. The hotel told Lopez hat no one was fired but the maid in the incident was transferred to another hotel.

"Jennifer always goes out of her way to meet and greet fans as evidenced by her recent tweet 2 meet engagements backstage, as well as stopping to sign autographs and say hello to hotel staff," Lopez's representative told TMZ.

While Lopez claims this incident wasn't true, stories of hotel staff being fired during a celebrity guest's stay aren't unheard of.

Last month, a hotel worker in New Mexico was fired from his job when he confirmed to guests that Jennifer Aniston was staying in the hotel at the time.
