Razer has an interesting gift for gamers - a laptop with three monitors and a whole-room projector concept. At this year's CES, the company announced Project Valerie and Project Ariana - prototypes with exciting gaming features.

According to Engadget, the screens, which measure 17.3 inches each, slide out from the central lid chassis under their own power and autonomously positioning and aligning correctly with the main screen to create a full 180-degree viewing area.  The screens support Nvidia G-Syncwhich eliminates screen tears and allows for extra-smooth graphics performance.

Project Valerie is supported by Intel Core i7-7700HQ and an Nvidia GTX 1080, Digital Trends reported.  This makes it a mobile virtual reality powerhouse.  Also, the laptop features Razer's signature Chroma lighting effects on the keyboard and underneath the two side monitors.

People might think that the laptop is bulky because it has three screens.  It actually only weighs around 12 pounds and about 1.5 inches thick.  It is pretty svelte, considering its features.   Razer has not said anything about battery life yet, but some say that a 4K screen means the laptop could die faster.

Since Project Valerie is still a concept, there is no release date or planned price yet, but if it goes into production, it will likely be expensive.  The Razer Blade Pro is priced at about $3,699, so expect to pay more for two extra 4K displays.

Meanwhile, Razer also launched Project Ariana at CES.  It's a depth-sensing, whole-room projector concept which provides immersive gaming experiences that don't involve virtual reality.  It is designed to compliment, not replace, your main display.

It is similar to the Microsoft Illumiroom, also a prototype from CES 2013, which was designed to do something similar for an Xbox console.  Just like Valerie, Project Ariana is still a prototype, and no price or release date has been announced yet.
