Even though they lost two essential players in the team, the professional gaming team based in North America, Immortals have recently announced that they revamped their roster for their competitive League of Legends team by signing in new members. Team Immortals signed new members South Korean Kim Joo-Sung, also known as "Olleh", Chinese gamer Li Yu "Cody" Sun, who used to go by the name "Massacre", and World Class top laner from South Korea Lee "Flame" Ho-Jong.

Olleh will be filling in the support role of Immortals' League of Legends team which was left by their former support Adrian "Adrian" Ma last November, as stated by ESPN. Before signing Olleh, the team also contacted many players like Kang "GorillA" Beom-Hyeon, Lee "Piccaboo" Jong-Beom, Kim "Pure" Jin-Sun and Oskar "VandeR" Bogdan, as said by other sources. Cody, who was also known as Massacre during his time pro gaming team Magnetic, will be the team's new AD carry. Flame, the team's new top lane, was considered as one of the world's best top laners and played for competitive League of Legend teams LGD Gaming and Longzhu Gaming in China and also played for team CJ Entus.

According to the Rift Herald, the pro gaming team signed former Team Liquid member Joshua "Dardoch" Hartnett to be their new jungler role, replacing former team member "Reignover", who left for Team Liquid and Eugene "Pobelter" Park for mid lane, who is the only member of the team who was a part of the original team roster. Pobelter was said to have signed a two-year extension for the team. "Last year was one of my most enjoyable years as a pro gamer so far playing in LCS. So I figured, why not come back and have more good times on Immortals?" the mid laner stated. With this redesigned team roster, Immortals are now preparing for the upcoming League of Legends Championship Series for the year 2017.
