There are some people who love to hike and are always on a hunt for breathtaking mountains to hike. Visiting a new mountain doesn't just give hikers a new experience but also the rare opportunity to get great views around it. Today, we will give you the top 5 most beautiful mountains around the globe that are perfect for hikers.

1. Zion Narrows, Zion National Park, Utah. In the Narrows of Zion National Park, the Virgin River is the trail of the hikers. There is a part called the “Wall Street” section wherein the hikers walk between a wall of 600 feet sheer red rock. But in order to go to the two longer hikes, one needs a permit. As for the bottom-up hike which starts at the Temple Sinawa, no permit is needed.

2. Crested Butte, Colorado. National forests and mountain ranges surround the Crested Butte. When it is summer, the mountain is green but during winter, it is covered in white snow. The area was formerly a coal mining town. Hence, it is known as a town mine since the mid-1800s. But in the 1960s, it started to be known as a popular skiing destination. Up to this day, it is known for cross-country skiing, mountain biking, backpacking, rock climbing, hiking, kayaking and white water rafting.

3. Wengen, Switzerland. If you want to go back to the beginnings of Swiss tourism, Wengen is a nice place to visit. There are also many holiday resorts around it at the foot of the Jungfrau. One will also get a great overlooking view of the stunning scenery of the Lauterbrunnen Valley. During winter, the place is crowded with skiers. But during summer, there are hikers, climbers, and sightseers in the area.

4.Sierra Madre de Oaxaca, Mexico. Sierra Madre de Oaxaca is a predominantly confined massive mountain wherein parts of it cross into Puebla and Veracruz. The Sierra Juárez and the tallest Mexican peak, Pico de Orizaba are also seen around the region of this mountain. The peaks in the area range from 8,200 feet and 9,800 feet above sea level.

5.Aonach Eagach, Scotland. The rocky ridge of Aonach Eagach is 10 kilometers long. Those who wants to experience an arduous and rocky adventure would love to hike in this mountain. Although the slopes are dangerous, the view around it is totally worth it!
