Love is in the air for Ricky Martin, as he revealed to Ellen DeGeneres that he is already engaged to his boyfriend, Jwan Yosef. The couple have been dating for more than a year now. Ricky Martin told The Ellen DeGeneres Show host that Jwan Yosef is a conceptual artist. The Latin singing sensation shares that he started looking for art and when he saw Yosef's work, he went crazy. Martin was gushing that he loved what the artist did because his work was really original.

"And then I contacted him," said the singer according to Eonline. "And then you collected him," Ellen joked. Then Martin announced, "We just got engaged." "I'm sweating!," he said. Martin shared his story on how he proposed to Yosef. "I got on my knees and I took out the little metal box. I just has it in a little velvet pouch and instead of saying, 'Will you marry me?,' I said. 'I got something!' Bad," the singer said. "Then he was like, 'Yes.' I said, 'I want to spend my life with you,' and he was like, 'What is the question?' 'Would you marry me?' That's it." The "Livin' La Vida Loca" singer described the marriage proposal as beautiful although it took him 30 minutes to realize that Yosef already said "yes."

Ellen DeGeneres told the singer that she was happy for him. "You deserve that," he told Ricky Martin. Another good thing is, his 8-year old twins, Matteo and Valentino also get along well with his 'fiance'. Martin dished out some details about his wedding. "This wedding is going to be Middle Eastern and Latin Crazy all at once. It's going to be one loud wedding!," he told People Magazine.

On top of his engagement, Ricky Martin will also make some noise in Las Vegas, where he signed on to do a residency that he announced on Wednesday. His Vegas stint will kick off on April 5 at the New Park Theater at the Monte Carlo. Below is the video of his guesting at The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
