It's gonna be an exciting week for the fans of "Arrow" as the upcoming episode promises a more elaborate story behind the new villain in town, Prometheus. With the current state of Star City, it has enticed a lot of wanna-be vigilantes to try and do it their own way and clean the city of criminals. But one vigilante has caught the attention of Oliver and the team. Curious as to who it is, then read on.

Oliver is going to have a competition in next week's episode titled "Vigilante". From the title itself, episode seven will circle around a vigilante that will kill criminals in a way that's frowned upon by the some members of the team. The synopsis via CarterMatt reads: "When the bodies of two criminals are dropped at SCPD, Oliver (Stephen Amell) realizes there is a new Vigilante in Star City. The team is split about whether they should stop someone who is helping keep the city safe. Diggle (David Ramsey) is frustrated with his new situation and Thea (Willa Holland) fights for Lance (Paul Blackthorne) who confesses a shocking secret. Meanwhile, in the flashbacks, Oliver finally sits down with Konstantin Kovar (guest star Dolph Lundgren)."

Covered from head to toe in a black costume and red goggles, the new vigilante in town has threatened Oliver. According to an article by Ecumenical News, although he and Oliver share the same goal of eliminating criminals, not all of the team is happy with his methods. In the promo video for the upcoming episode, he even criticized Oliver saying, "You are not getting your job done." District Attorney Adrian Chase is said to be the man behind the mask.

On the other hand, another pressing matter is about to tackled in next week's episode. Finally, after several flashbacks shown, Oliver will finally be meeting Kovar. According to CinemaBlend, Kovar is a Russian government strongman who was responsible of taking over Taiana's village. The two will be head to head as Oliver tries to kill Kovar to honor Taiana. However, doing this is not an easy task. Find out how Oliver does it this Wednesday, 8 p.m. on The CW.
