The 49th issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, which was released this year, has a huge announcement about the latest update of Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro's action and adventure-themed Japanese manga, Toriko.

The upcoming chapter which will be released on Monday will be the climax chapter, according to Anime News Network. The climax chapter is going to be published in Weekly Shonen Jump's upcoming 50th issue, which Shueisha will publish on the 14th of November.

In the recent announcement, a word written in phonetic katakana alphabet which meant "climax" was seen, indicating that the manga was about to be finished. The upcoming chapter will be a special expanded chapter, with 31 pages. The company that is responsible for publishing Shimabukuro's manga, Toriko in North America is the Viz Media Entertainment Company, which is based in San Francisco, California.

According to Viz Media, they described Shimabukuro's manga as: "In a savage world ruled by the pursuit of the most delicious foods, it's either eat or be eaten!"

Gourmet Hunter Toriko! This is the great era of gourmet food! And only Toriko can hunt down the ferocious ingredients that supply the world's best restaurants. As a gourmet hunter, Toriko tracks and defeats the tastiest and most dangerous animals with his bare hands."

It was during the year 2008, when Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro released his manga, Toriko in the Weekly Shonen Jump, and its 41st compiled book volume was then published on October 4 by Shueisha. Viz Media releases new chapters of the manga digitally and at the same time with the Japanese release in its own digital already translated in English version of the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, and released the manga's 35th volume on August 2 as well.

Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro debuted in the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine during the year 1996, and was popularly known for his other works such as Seikimatsu Leader Den Takeshi!, his manga that won the 46th Shogakukan Manga Award in the year 2001.
